Hi! As a professional piano lecturer with a deep passion for music, I harmonize my love for nature and mountains with my dedication to teaching. Alongside nurturing minds through melodies, I find solace and exhilaration in the crisp embrace of ice bathing.
Yep, I'm all in on that chilly plunge life, even teaching others the art of braving the freeze as a Thermalist and Breathwork Instructor. I totally enjoy those mountain vibes and the rush of adrenaline, whether I'm shredding powder on a snowboard or scaling icy cliffs.
But hey, I'm not all go, go, go. I know the importance of taking a breather, finding my zen with some calming meditation or deep breathing. And at the end of the day, nothing beats coming home to my amazing family – my rock through all of life's adventures. So, whether I'm hitting the slopes or just chilling with loved ones, I'm all about embracing every moment and living life to the fullest!

Hey there! I'm a seasoned lecturer at a business management school, balancing the art of teaching with the joys of family life. Married to my biggest cheerleader, we've raised three fantastic grown-up kiddos together, all while embracing the chaos and beauty of it all.
When I'm not shaping minds in the classroom, you'll catch me soaking up the great outdoors—I'm all about those mountain highs, water thrills, and the serene stillness of snowy landscapes. Call me a nature enthusiast, but I can't resist a good dose of sun, sea, and snow in my life.
Yep, I'm that crazy person who finds sheer bliss in ice bathing and proudly holds the title of Thermalist and Breathwork Instructor. And as the years roll by, I've also developed a soft spot for golf— it's like a peaceful escape, even if it means wandering a few kilometers in search of wayward balls. Life's a wild ride, and I'm here to dive right in!
